Understanding your audience can be tough. When a product or service offering can be for just about anyone, it’s easy to make it for no one. In this workshop, we’ll show you how to look at customer data, external research and what you already know to be true about your business to develop a set of user personas that you can use to improve all of your marketing initiatives.
Specifically, we’ll look at what we call the lighting-rod target. This persona is your most-ready buyer and the lowest hanging fruit for what you are selling. We’ll teach you how to identify this target for your business and, more importantly, give you tips on what to do with this persona once you’ve put the lightning rod in their hands.
