In this beginner-level course, participants will learn how to set and maintain effective boundaries in both low- and higher-risk situations and how to strike with purpose and power to create the opportunity to escape to safety. We’ll work with partners in a safe and controlled environment to practice and put it all together in high-energy drills. The course is taught in a trauma-informed way, and is suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Come learn practical and effective skills for personal safety — and LIFE — in an inclusive and supportive environment.
