As a business owner, you are always worrying about the bottom line and closing new business. But what if you no longer have a productive relationship with your client OR what if you have pivoted and the client is no longer a good fit?
Just like relationships, breaking up is hard to do but there are times when it is imperative for you to say no. This workshop is about identifying when that time has come and how to best approach the breakup.
You should attend this workshop if you are hating your job even though you are passionate about the industry…it may be who you’re working with.
In this workshop, attendees will:
- Create a starter checklist to identify who their target audience is
- Learn the signs when they are NOT working with the best client for their type of business
- Learn how to break up but not hurt the relationship for the future (you never know when they may become a good client)
- Create a set of sales strategies to avoid these pitfalls of signing up bad-fit clients
Experience Level Needed for Workshop
No previous knowledge or experience needed; however, this workshop is most helpful for those with an existing client base
