Self Care

This workshop is designed for injury prevention and recovery so that your hard-working body can keep working hard. Using a combination of foam roller and tennis ball exercises, we will work to break up scar tissue, increase blood flow, and improve the efficiency of tight, injured, and knotted up muscles.

You should attend this workshop if you want to learn how to massage your own pain away.


Attendees will leave this workshop with a set of exercises that they can use almost anywhere to help relieve muscle tension and pain related to things like sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and good old-fashioned stress.
