Claire Campbell is a novelist and performer whose journey traces from Central Texas to NYC to the West Texas desert, and finally back to Austin. She holds an MFA in creative nonfiction from Sarah Lawrence College and has worked for more than a decade teaching and developing educational programs for learners of all ages. Most recently, her popular Write NOW! sessions at The Writing Barn in South Austin have encouraged storytellers at all stages to reboot their literary lives.
Claire is the co-creator of Homemaking at the End of the World, a post-apocalyptic lifestyle blog, and co-founder of the Wild Moon Retreat, a weekend that blends Tarot and writing to help folks better navigate their creative lives. Claire writes about nature, monsters, and monsters in nature, and recently finished a fantasy YA novel, currently out on submission.
